As proof-of-concept, I am modeling the clavichord in SOLIDWORKS. This will help me understand the parts better and make sure I am not missing anything.

I used a master document to set variables and equations across parts. Starting with a 2D sketch, I planned the layout and experimented with changing aspects such as the bridge curvature.
